Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the bingo platform, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bingo and its users. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.
These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. bingo reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. Users must be at least 18 years of age and must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on bingo, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure. The name, address, and contact details submitted at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are personally accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, please notify our support team immediately. bingo will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or message.

Never share your password with anyone, and make sure to change it regularly.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Bingo users may use the platform solely for personal entertainment. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. Automated scraping, copying, or distribution of any content, data, or software from the platform is not permitted.
Users may not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity on the platform. Harassing other users, spreading false information, or attempting to exploit the system for unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure. bingo is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment at all times.
When placing bets on the platform, users must make decisions within their own financial means. bingo places the highest importance on responsible gaming and encourages users to set personal limits before playing. Our support team is always available to help with any gaming-related concerns.
Payment & Transaction Terms
All financial transactions on the bingo platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods. Users must comply with the applicable limits and guidelines for each transaction.
Prior to submitting a withdrawal request, users may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. Any amount tied to a promotional bonus may not be withdrawable until the associated conditions have been met. All transaction records are securely stored on bingo's servers and shall serve as the final evidence in the event of a dispute.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Bingo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: submission of false information, operating multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, illegal transactions, or violation of these Terms. Where an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned subject to verification.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. If there are no pending transactions or disputes at the time of the request, the process will be completed promptly. Even after account closure, bingo may retain transaction records for a specified period as required by law.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Bingo may review and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled before a competent court in Bangladesh. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the definitive and binding version.
